Stylish and comfortable, they are attached to a soft nylon elastic and meant to be worn around the back of the head, behind the ears, not as a typical party hat!

embroidered daisies on a soft cotton for the perfect handmade touch hand-stitched pom, made from a few dozen layers of mixed tulle and fibers. 

5 inches tall, 3 inches wide. Elastic stretches for a wide fit.
